Shipping & returns policy

Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process your order. Orders received after 4PM will be processed on the next business day.

We typically ship via Royal Mail and do not ship on UK Bank Holidays.

Once processed, orders shipped typically arrive within 2–3 business days.

If there’s a delay in your order, please contact us to check the tracking information. We cannot be responsible for carrier delays.

We offer the choice of Royal Mail First Class or Second Class postage, which you can select at checkout.

Royal Mail First Class

Up to 2kg – £4.50

Up to 10kg – £7.00

Over 10kg – £12.00

Royal Mail Second Class

Up to 2kg – £3.50

Up to 10kg – £5.50

Over 10kg – £8.50

Due to being a small business and the costs involved in mailing, returns are not accepted.

We do not currently accept international orders.
